A client requested a vector for a special occasion that was to be completed the next day.
Working on a time cruch, I finished this piece within a 12 hour time frame.

Creature // Abstract Art
This is one of my absolute favorite pieces. It depicts the life cycle
of a fish, from motherhood to death. Below, she lays her eggs upon the river pebbles and swims out of the darkness and into the light.
Her scales are made up of multiple C's in different typefaces which compelled me to call this piece "C Creature".

This was my second attempt at digital painting. I used soft brushes to create Angelina's gorgeous features.
I worked on it for about four hours a day, for a total of 14 hours. |

I vectored a woodblock print from Japanese artist Hiroshige Utagawa and layered fabric to create the Geisha's kimono.
